No Minimum Order - No Set up Charge

You don't need an account nor order in bulk, every cap price includes the front and back customisation. You can upload your design or use standard text, have multiple colours or just black & white, order with confidence from the UK's largest Flexfit custom made cap store. How much does it cost to put my design on a cap?

Each of our head wear has a price that includes the embroidery on the Front and Back of the cap. Beanies and trucker caps are priced for a single design. 

I have a complex design, can this be embroidered?

In most case Yes, once we have your design we make a sample and email back to you for approval before we start. If your design does not work for embroidery, we will advise you on how best to amend.

Do I have to pay to set-up my design?

No, our prices include a digitised set-up for each item ordered. If you require more than one design to be set up then there is an additional charge of £15.00

Can you use a font I have downloaded from the internet?

Yes, however this will require an additional set-up and will delay your order.

Can I have 3D Puff embroidery?

Yes, this is slightly a longer process than the standard digital set-up and will cost an additional £75.00 per a 3D design. Not all designs are suitable for 3D embroidery and this process can take up to 7 working days to complete.

How long is delivery?

If your selected item is in stock and does not require 3D set up then expect delivery within 2 working days in the UK and usually within 7 working days to the rest of the world (Subject to Custom Controls)

Do you offer Bulk Discount?

Yes. We offer different levels of discount depending on quantity and design(s) to be embroidered. Email our sales team on info@londonsnapbacks.com

Can you help me with my design?

Yes. If you've already started or have something in mind then just email us and we can put the finishing touches to it. Or if you don't know where to start then don't worry, just tell us what you got in mind and leave the rest to us. There is no charge for this service, however if you request a digital copy of your artwork, it will be watermarked with our logo.

I've made a mistake on my order, can I change/amend it?

Yes. Don't worry if you have made a mistake on your order. Once we receive your order we always make a sample and email to you before we go to production.

My design is in Black & White, can you change the colour?

Yes. It doesn't matter what colour your design is, we can change any colour at any time.

What format do I need to send my design to you?

Ideally we need your design in a Vector File like - a.i. - eps - cdr

You can also send your file in - J-Peg, PNG, GIF

how can i make a payment?

We use a company called Stripe, all  transactions are secure and encrypted and we never store your credit card information.

We are able to accept VISA-MASTERCARD-AMERICAN EXPRESS

We do not take payment over the telephone or email.
